• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• Use the platform to distribute malicious or inappropriate content

3. Platform Services

AppMochi provides programmatic advertising technology including:

• Demand Side Platform (DSP) for advertisers
• Supply Side Platform (SSP) for publishers
• AI-powered optimization and targeting
• Real-time bidding capabilities
• Analytics and reporting tools

4. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account information
• Ensuring all advertising content complies with applicable laws
• Monitoring account usage and reporting unauthorized access
• Paying all fees and charges associated with account usage
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type and are detailed in separate agreements. Generally, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges and service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

AppMochi shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if AppMochi has been notified of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately, and any outstanding payments become due.
